The David Lofstrom custom saddles are beautifully made! Dave was a journeyman saddle maker, formerly at Tack Room Too, now retired. His saddles are known for quality and balance of the rider, with fenders placed slightly back compared to other trail saddles, allowing rider to keep legs under them, vs chair seat. This was a custom build for a very "shouldery" Canadian warmblood, it isn't overly wide, but has been built to allow shoulder freedom. (Wide at front, narrower behind shoulders) Ideally someonelocal.will be able to try this in their horse, but shipping is available too!
15" seat, hand carved tooling, short round double skirt, Cheyenne roll, padded seat, teal sheepskin lining. Build sheet/order form and more pictures available.
